Our emphasis on design philosophy and the significance of a human-centered approach in crafting exceptional "user journeys" and "user experiences" was paramount. Moreover, we engaged them with captivating AI demonstrations, delving into discussions on machine learning and AI model training.One pivotal moment of their visit was the opportunity for a second meeting with the challenge judges: our esteemed Project Specialist, <a href="https://www.gtomato.com/about-us/our-leaders/duncan-liu">Duncan Liu</a>; Senior Manager, Engineering and Operations, Michael Chiang; and Technology Architect, <a href="https://www.gtomato.com/about-us/our-leaders/anita-wong">Anita Wong</a> from Team Alpha. This second chance allowed the winning team to revisit and present their pitch challenge once more.The process of redesigning a user journey is intricate and multifaceted.
