For members to fully experience the fun of Langham Place, the iPhone campaign will be rolled out into 3 stages.
Stage 1 Check-in!
eCoupons is out, entering the GPS positioning check-in. Members only need to check in once they’ve arrived Langham Place and then a series of iCoupons will be unlocked, which they can use to redeem a wide range of promotional items.
Stage 2 Interactive LP Club Card
Don’t bother to add points at the concierge. Indeed, no need to bother about the LP membership card altogether. In the second stage, the app will be linked to members’ LP cards so that bonus points will be updated right at the point of purchase.
Stage 3 It’s a social community
Who said social platform has to be virtual! At stage 3, the client plans to extend the reach of the app and turn it into a connection point for all users checked in at Langham Place.
